"I have always enjoyed helping people discover what is most meaningful to them. Supporting people to access internal resources, I am passionate about bringing values and life choices into alignment. I love guiding people to find freedom by empowering them to take responsibility for their lived experience, whilst learning to let go of what is not theirs to carry.

My career as an Occupational Therapist; MSc in Mindfulness and Compassion combined with Dr Lawman’s training provides me with a unique tool kit of resources to help people find truth and freedom to live a joyful and renewed life."​
Jessica has a MSc Mindfulness and Compassion and a diploma in theology and biblical studies. Alongside her work as a life coach, Jess writes and delivers bespoke mindfulness training courses.
Jess has more than 3000 hours of coaching experience, equating to the clinical experience of a Master Coach with the Association of Coaching.
